&lt;p class="p2"&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;Media Markt&lt;/strong&gt;: Raul Orejas SM Strategyst at Territorio creativo  spoke about Media Markt and its landing in Social Media networks in Spain. Before the launch of its online store the company had established a broad online community and was well linked with its client base but yet didn’t necesarily have a strong presence in Social Media networks. He continued to explain the importance of engaging users in Social Media by creating On-Off-On content which is relevant and interesting to them, not just monetary discounts. One expample he gave was the alternative line for Facebook fans at stores. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p2"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;Play Television&lt;/strong&gt;: Javier Naharro Project Director at Play Television spoke about the company specializing in audiovisual content based on Transmedia, Crossmedia y Muliplataformas. He discussed cases such as Pandora and La Agulia Roja where he emphasized the need to not just create content but different forms to engage the community such as interactive games, special events etc. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p2"&gt;3. &lt;strong&gt;Ideup:&lt;/strong&gt;Antonio Mas founder of the company ideup! spoke about different applications available for Social Commerce stores. He explained new applications available for companies to use to facilitate utilization for users in social platforms. He concluded his presention with some tips for a successful Social Commerce store such as: Giving user an incentive to visit your store, simplify user experience and analyze the brand strategy. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p2"&gt;4. &lt;strong&gt;First study in Spain about Social Commerce&lt;/strong&gt;: Salvador Suarez from Territorio creativo spoke about the first study done in Spain on Social Commerce. He explained how to  optimize the use of different platforms in order to promote sales. He emphasized the importance of generating relevant content for users, the integration of both on and offline content, and giving support through Social Media platforms. He gave an example how companies like Zara are doing a great job at integrating both on and offline content with the option for customers to order products online and later pick them up at store locations. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p2"&gt;5.&lt;strong&gt;Dnovae: &lt;/strong&gt;Domingo Carbonell from the company Dnovae spoke about the importance of online videos for companies. He explained the development of different platforms for the utilization of online videos by companies in order to differenciate themselves from competition. He also described the strategy of online videos which includes a four part process: Produce, Post, Interact, and Analyze. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p2"&gt;6.&lt;strong&gt;El Plan B de Carlos Jean&lt;/strong&gt;: Carlos Jean music producer and co founder of Novaemusik spoke about his music project called “El Plan B” which is a website where artists can share their musical talents with other artists. Carlos Jean claims El Plan B is: “a change in philosophy, a different way to create, produce and distribute music. It is a multimedia iniciative with video, music, artists, social networks and, above all, the 2.0 philosophy.”&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p2"&gt;7.&lt;strong&gt;Cris Sancho BuyVip España&lt;/strong&gt;: Cris Sancho from the online brand name clothes outlet Buy Vip Spain spoke about the power of recommendations and how to sell more in Social Media. She explained the importance of engaging with fans on Social Media platforms in order to maintain and manage dedicated fans. She emphasized the fact that it is not always important for companies to obtain a large number of fans because its the quality fans that will eventually give you the highest conversion rate. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p2"&gt;8.&lt;strong&gt;Mango: &lt;/strong&gt;Roger Graell from Mango spoke about the company’s successful dive into e-commerce. He included some interesting strategies the company uses such as providing customers with a transparent sales strategy by offering sales through many different channels. He also discussed the importance of creating customer loyalty with the creation of an intricate supply chain strategy called “La Ultima Milla”.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p2"&gt;9.&lt;strong&gt;Facebook: &lt;/strong&gt;Facebook Spain provided some tips on how to sell more in Social Media commerce.&lt;/p&gt;
